             And then Shihai Electronic Co., Ltd. was set up and
             produces carbon film resistors, cement resistors, etc.

In 1979  Passed CNS and honored as a qualified premium
             factory by Bureau of Standards, Metrology &
             Inspection , Taiwan and exempt from customs
             examination.

In 1980 Successfully developed and manufactured precision
             metal electric resistance within ± 1% and
             temperature coefficient of products can lower to
             50-15ppm 。

In 1983 Added MO metal oxide film resistors.

In 1991 Started the delivery of chip resistors.

In 1996  Passed ISO 9002 certification.

In 1997  Established HK branch company, Shihai Electronic
             Co., Ltd . In the  same year, SHIMENG ELECTRONIC
             (SHENZHEN) CO. , LTD. established in Shenzhen and
             extended customers service territory in China.

In 1998  Began to act for MLCC chips and inductors.
In 1999  Expanding the manufacturing and marketing of chip
             resistor production equipment 0402, 0603, 0805,
             1206.

In 2000 Acquired ISO9002 certification (UK SGS) and passed
            Japan SONY certification for its designated use.

In 2002 Honored as a premium supplier by HK listed company.
In 2003 Passed AJA ISO9001:2000 certification.
